You can choose from four different medical plans with two different carriers, all offering great coverage.
The benefits illustrated below are meant to serve as a summary of the benefits available under the carrier's plan. Should any discrepancy arise, the carrier's documents supersede this illustration. Once enrolled, you will receive a Combined Evidence of Coverage and Disclosure Form that explains, in detail, the exclusions and limitations, as well as the full range of covered services of your plan.

Dental
MetLife is our dental insurance provider. Our plan covers in-network and out-of-network services. You can visit any dentist, but you will pay less out of pocket when you choose a PPO dentist under MetLife's Dental Preferred List. See below for an illustration of coverages.
Vision
VSP is our vision plan insurance provider. VSP has the largest network of vision care providers in the US, which gives you and your family members the flexibility to choose virtually any provider that you wish to use.
